What is a SCUF part number?
The SCUF Seal of Approval is found on the back of your controller (PlayStation). For Xbox, this number will be inside the paddle hatch or under the faceplate (if removable). This unique number will start with the following: SCUF Vantage = A or B. SCUF Infinity1 = INX.
Where is SCUF serial number?
Your Order Number can be found in the confirmation email you receive at the time of the original purchase.
Is SCUF illegal?
Are SCUF controllers illegal? Officially, a SCUF controller is not cheating.
Can I send my SCUF in to get fixed?
If you already contacted our customer service team, we will process your request as quickly as we can. We will address repairs in the order they were received.
How long does a scuff last?
The lifespan of a SCUF thumbstick will depend on how often you use your controller and whether you are hard or light on your thumbstick pressure. Similar to a marathon runner with running shoes, if you game 8 hours a day and are heavy on your thumbsticks, then maybe only a few months.
How long does it take for SCUF to repair?
Check-in time is typically 3-4 business days from the day your controller is received at our facility. In warranty repairs require 14 business days for completion.
What carrier does SCUF use?
We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver packages including (but not limited to) UPS, FedEx, USPS, and IPD. Based on your delivery location and expected delivery date, our shipping system will automatically select the best service provider for your order.
How long does SCUF take to ship 2021?

Does Kontrolfreek work on SCUF?
Unfortunately, none of our thumbsticks are compatible with Scuf domed yet. Our PS4 thumbsticks do fit their concave though.
